Return Policy:
BladeCenter.com wants our customers to be satisfied with any product purchased from us. Generally, we do not accept returns except for items that have manufacturer defects. However, if you feel that you do need to return a product, you must contact us first for resolution within 30 days of the date of order. We will discuss the issuance of a Return Merchandise Authorization and instruct you as to how the item may be shipped back to us. If a return is authorized, all packaging materials (including wrapping, inner boxes, instructions, plaques, mounting hardware and certificates) must be returned with the item. If all packaging is not returned then a credit for the purchase cannot be issued to you. Also please note that a 15% restocking fee will apply to all items returned. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. No returns can be accepted for discontinued items. Any item returned to us without a Return Merchandise Authorization Number will be rejected.
Pre-Order Policy:
From time to time we will offer Pre-orders for extremely popular items. There will be a 5% charge for any and all refunds on Pre-ordered items. This is to cover fees. Pre-orders are accepted only on products for which the manufacturer has given us an approximate availability date.
Delivery of pre-ordered products is on a strict first-come first-serve basis. All availability dates and pricing are based on information provided to us by the manufacturer and are subject to change. Availability updates are generally posted on our website. We do encourage our pre-order customers to contact us for information concerning the status of their pre-order, if necessary.
If circumstances beyond our control affect our ability to deliver the products within a reasonable time from the approximate release time, we will consider refunding deposits on a case by case basis. There will be a 5% charge for any and all refunds. This is to cover fees. Anyone placing a Pre-order is welcome to email us for a more detailed explanation regarding availability as the release time approaches. Circumstances beyond our control may include, but are not limited to, delays in the manufacture of the products, and/or delays in the shipping of the products to us from the manufacturer..
